ABSTRACT

One of the benchmarks for the good management of a mosque can be seen from the management or financial management of the mosque, this is based on almost all activities and good mosque business units, must be supported by good financial
management. This study aims to provide an overview of how the budgeting process in Nurul Iman Mosque The Taman Dhika. This research uses descriptive qualitative method using a case study approach. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The results of this study indicate that the budgeting mechanism at Masjid Nurul Iman The Taman Dhika
Sidoarjo has three stages, starting with a budget policy in which there are directions from the chairman of the takmir and also suggestions from each member, then followed by a compilation of the budget in which there are predictions of sources. budget, budget scenarios and determination of fixed and variable costs, and ends with cash flow projections. This research is limited to the financial management
aspect of the Nurul Iman Mosque The Taman Dhika Sidoarjo which focuses on the mosque's financial budgeting mechanism. The results of this study are expected to be a reference for mosque administrators who want to make a mosque budget
properly and correctly.
