PENGEMBANGAN PROGRAM MUSALA BINAAN DALAM MENINGKATKAN DAKWAH MASJID AL MUAWWANAH MELALUI ANALISIS SWOT

ABSTRACT

Da'wah is an obligation for every believer in different ways. Inviting to goodness is a very important thing for humans to do, the desire to do good is a pure nature of humans. So it is very effective and efficient when da'wah is carried out together and organized.
The prayer room program built by the Al Muawwanah mosque has been running since the management of the takmir for the second period until the current third period. However, the guided program implemented by the mosque has not run optimally, so it is necessary to take future development steps. To present a good step in the process of developing this program, researchers conducted an analysis using the SWOT (strength, weakness, opportunity, threat) method.
Methods to find out the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that exist in this guided prayer room program. The results of the study show that the biggest factor in the lack of development of this program is the absence of qualified human resources and the absence of steps to empower existing human resources for the optimization of this fostered program. In this study, the author uses the SWOT (strength, weakness, opportunity, threats) method, with the aim of knowing the development of the guided prayer room program in increasing the da'wah of the Al Muawwanah mosque. The results of this study indicate that da'wah will be very effective when it can be collaborated with the surrounding, prayer room, mosque or institution. There are several shortcomings of the program that is the theme of the author's research, so that it can be improved by forming stronger collaborations with institutions that focus on the world of da'wah
