MANAJEMEN PEMBINAAN MUALLAF PEDALAMAN OLEH “SAUDARA SEIMAN” MASJID KAPAL MUNZALAN INDONESIA

ABSTRACT

This research aims to fully and comprehensively describe how the management of the formation of inland muallaf by Brother Seiman at Kapal Munzalan Mosque in Indonesia. Data collection on this study uses interview methods, observations, and documentation. The collected data is analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the Indonesian Munzalan Ship Mosque through Saudara Seiman has implemented POAC in fostering inland muallaf. Saudara Seiman provided support to the inland da'i and cadreed against young converts who came from the inland of Kalimantan. The
program that has been implemented has an impact on the interior da'i awake marwahnya and more easily accepted by the local community and print young da'i-da'i who are ready to deliver da’wah in their hometown.
