ANALISIS SWOT (STRENGTHS, WEAKNESSES, OPPORTUNITIES,THREATS) LEMBAGA KURSUS AL-QUR’AN AL-FALAH SURABAYA

ABSTRACT

The role of the mosque is not only as a place of worship, but more than that, namely being a place of syi'ar, friendship, fostering brotherhood, and increasing the insight of the Islamic community. This is where the importance of a reliable takmir's creativity in shaping the various activities needed by the congregation. The author is interested in making the Al-Falah Al-Qur'an Course Institute (LKF) Surabaya an example that the management of the field of da'wah is aimed at re-instilling Qur'anic values in the community, especially to parents who think it is too late to
learn Al-Qur'an. Qur'an and practice it.LKF Surabaya was established when it was still under the auspices of the Al�Falah Mosque Youth, because of the extraordinary development, the Al-Qur'an Course was no longer under the auspices of the Da'wah, but was independent(semi�autonomous) under the direct auspices of the Mosque Foundation Education. Al�Falah Surabaya. The research method used is descriptive analysis research method.
Data collection techniques in this study used interview, documentation, and observation techniques. Data analysis in this research is data collection, data reduction, data presentation, verification and conclusion.The results of this study using a SWOT analysis show that LKF Surabaya is an ideal course institution in management and is supported by human resources who are quite professional and expert in their fields so as to create strategic steps towards
its development. LKF Surabaya provides a wide selection of course programs that suit the needs of students. With the existence of program activities that have a large
impact, it is hoped that they will be able to contribute to the prosperity of the mosque. This is also a gradual step in increasing the number of students who take courses and specialize in more than one program in each learning period of the Al�Falah Al-Qur'an Course Institute Surabaya.
