ABSTRACT

A mosque is a place that is admired by Muslims all over the world. At this time, the mosque is not only a means of worship, but the mosque has re-developed into a social and economic function. Developments on the social side are shown by the many social programs held by the mosque. Such as compensation, provision of food assistance, and other social programs. Petrokimia Gresik's Nurul Jannah Mosque has a social program that focuses on rickshaw man who do not have a place to live. The Nurul Jannah Petrokimia Mosque provides a House Of Rickshaw Man, which is a place to accommodate rickshaw man in PT Petrokimia Gresik who do not have a place to live. In order to maximize the program, of course it needs to be managed so that the program can run as expected. One of the basics of management is to perform management functions, namely planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. As well as, the House Of Rickshaw Man program, which has implemented a management function in its management. Namely, that is, the formulation and setting of goals, authorization and division of labor, and the operation of guidance and supervision procedures. As for maximizing the management function, evaluation is needed as a measure of program achievement. The purpose of this study is to explore the way in which the House Of Rickshaw Man program is managed and the evaluation of its management. The research methodology uses case studies, collecting data through observations, interviews, and documents. As a result of this study, the House Of Rickshaw Man program implements a management function in its management, but has an assessment to maximize management
